Welcome to Stay Wild, a spacious three-level Smoky Mountain retreat designed for large families, multi-family vacations, and group getaways.

Located in Black Bear Ridge Resort near Pigeon Forge, this approximately 4,600 sq. ft. cabin features six private bedroom suites, six full bathrooms, a private heated indoor pool, 85" movie theater, huge game loft, custom playground bunk with enclosed slide, private hot tub, mountain views, and entertainment throughout the cabin.
With accommodations for up to 22 guests and dining seating for 23, Stay Wild gives everyone plenty of room to gather, play, and relax.

Interior windows between the living room and pool area provide additional visibility into the pool room.
For child safety, the pool-room entrance is secured with a PIN-code lock and equipped with a door alarm to help prevent unsupervised access.
The pool is completely private to your group.
Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Swimming and pool use are at your own risk.

🏔 BLACK BEAR RIDGE RESORT
Stay Wild is located in Black Bear Ridge Resort near Pigeon Forge, combining a mountain cabin setting with convenient access to area attractions, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
In addition to the cabin's private indoor pool, guests have access to the seasonal Black Bear Ridge Resort outdoor swimming pool, subject to resort operating dates, rules, maintenance, and availability.

🚫 NO PETS
Pets are not permitted at Stay Wild.
Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws and booking-platform requirements.
Please notify us before arrival if you will be traveling with a service animal so we can properly prepare for your stay.

🚗 PARKING
Parking is available for approximately 6 vehicles.
Large groups should coordinate vehicles before arrival to avoid exceeding the available parking area.
Additional/Overflow Parking: There is an overflow parking lot directly next to this cabin and it's very convenient to access if more space is needed.

Check-out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are not available.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No parties or events. No smoking or vaping inside the cabin.
Maximum occupancy is 22 guests.

The indoor pool is generally maintained at approximately 82 to 84°F. Actual temperature may fluctuate slightly based on environmental conditions and normal equipment cycles.
The pool-room entrance includes a PIN-code lock and door alarm for child safety, but these features do not replace responsible adult supervision.

Pools, hot tubs, arcade games, NERF equipment, axe throwing, playground equipment, slides, and other recreational amenities are provided for guest enjoyment. Occasional maintenance or repairs may be required. We will address reported issues as quickly as possible, but refunds are not provided for temporary amenity outages or unfamiliarity with equipment.

Swimming, hot tub use, playground use, axe throwing, NERF activities, gaming, and other recreational activities are at your own risk. Children must be actively supervised.
