◆ WELCOME TO ASTORIA ◆
Astoria was created for the days you explore the Smokies—and the days you decide not to leave.

Set on 1 acre in the mountains just minutes from Pigeon Forge, the home brings together more than 3,600 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, mountain views, wellness, entertainment, and plenty of room to spend time together.

Swim in the indoor pool. Take your coffee outside. Spend the afternoon exploring. Come home to the sauna or hot tub. Make dinner together, put on a movie, or let the competition carry on late into the night in the Game Center.

Everything is here for your group to settle in and stay awhile.

◆ YOUR PRIVATE INDOOR POOL ◆
Swim year-round in your own private, heated indoor pool.

The dedicated pool room offers a place to start the morning with a swim, keep the kids entertained between adventures, or spend an entire rainy afternoon without giving the weather a second thought.

And because it’s completely private, the only people sharing the pool are the ones you came with.

◆ WELLNESS IN THE MOUNTAINS ◆
Some of the best moments here are the quiet ones.

✔ Sunlighten Infrared Sauna
✔ Private Hot Tub
✔ Outdoor Fire Pit
✔ Propane Gas Grill
✔ Outdoor Dining
✔ 3 Covered Decks
✔ Mountain Views
✔ Neighborhood Nature Trail

Start the day with coffee overlooking the mountains. Follow the neighborhood trail for a morning walk. After a day in the Smokies, come back to the warmth of the sauna or hot tub.

As evening settles in, grill dinner outside, gather around the fire, or simply find a spot on one of the covered decks and stay awhile.

◆ ENTERTAINMENT, WITHOUT LEAVING HOME ◆
At Astoria, staying in is its own plan.
